Qualcomm “Q” Awards of Excellence
The Qualcomm "Q" Awards of Excellence Scholarships recognize minority engineering students for their ability to demonstrate the Qualcomm values of Innovation, Execution and Partnership through their academic achievement, leadership skills and interest in wireless communications and the field of engineering.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Full time student at a core recruiting school (See list below) *
- Sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student
- Declared major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Currently enrolled, in good standing, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25-4.0
- Student must be a paid member of a professional minority engineering organizations. For example:
- Spring term grades are factored into the award decision
Applications are due in the fall. Scholarships will be granted in the second semester or term.
